IS YOUR COMPANY LICENCED?
Our vehicles are registered "Commercial Passenger Vehicles" to carry passengers, approved by Commercial Passenger Vehicle Victoria (CPVV).
Our drivers are also Commercial Passenger Vehicle accredited.
IS THE SERVICE AVAILABLE IN MY AREA?
To ensure great customer service, we are currently operating in selected suburbs and will be offering services to more soon.
Please reach out to us if your area is not in the list, and we can check if we can organise a service for you.

Melton, Weir Views, Eynesbury, Point cook, Tarneit, Truganina, Williams Landing, Taylors Hill, Caroline Spring , Deer Park , Derrimut, Taylors Lake, Werribee, Wyndham Vale and closeby areas.
HOW DO I BOOK A RIDE?
You can contact us via phone call, email, facebook page or website forum with details of your trip. We will review the request, provide the quote accordingly and provide confirmation.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay as well.
* 1.9% fee for card/electronic payments.
ARE THE PRICES FIXED?
Our prices are fixed. We offer very competitive rates and provide on-demand baby seats and boosters free of charge. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more details.

WHAT IS DRIVER ACCREDITATION?
All our drivers hold driver accreditation from department of Commercial Passenger Vehicle Victoria.
Driver accreditation is a state-wide scheme that informs Booking Service Providers and passengers that a driver meets our safety standards to operate in the industry. It is essentially a vetting process we carry out that focuses on passenger safety by CPVV undertaking driver history, medical history and criminal history check.
It is illegal to offer a CPV service without driver accreditation.
IS SMOKING ALLOWED IN CAR?
No. We have no smoking policy in all our vehicles. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more details.
DO I NEED BABY SEAT FOR CHILDREN?
Children under the age of 7 years are required to have baby/booster seat in Commercial Passenger Vehicles (excluding Taxis).
Note: We will provide baby/booster seat free of charge, just let us know at the time of booking.
WHAT IF MY LUGGAGE CANNOT FIT IN A SEDAN?
We have Sedans and SUVs available if you have number of bags.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR CANCELLATION?
If you no longer require the service, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fee.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to arrange an alternative for you or notify you promptly so that you have sufficient time to make other arrangements.
